Due to strategic investigation, on January 1, 2012, Winday Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Dayen Electronics Co., LTD.
Officially merged, and in all foreign name, all under the name of Winday Electronics (Dongguan) Co., LTD.
